IEW

November 15- 21st is International Education Week. In the next couple of weeks we will be posting a schedule of events. Hopefully many of you can take part and educate the Americans on Missouri State University campus about other cultures.

Here is the link from last year's IEW.

And Branson it is!!

Our next outing for the Study Away Organization is going to Branson!! On Saturday, November 7th we will tour Branson and celebrate the kickoff to the holiday season by shopping, shopping, shopping, at the outlet malls and Branson Landing, as well as touring the trail of lights to complete our adventure.

Spots are limited so be sure to get your $10 into the Study Away office (on the corner of Jefferson and McDaniel) ASAP!

It should be an old fashioned good time! :)

For questions please e-mail Lauren at Lauren2001@live.missouristate.edu

Welcome Elizabeth Strong!

The Study Away Office would like to welcome our new interim director Elizabeth Strong!!
She so far she has been a terrific addition to our staff :)

She will be working with the staff and learning about the office. If you happen to stop by definitely feel free to say "hi"!!!

And we all survived... barely

Six flags went awesome! It was a beautiful day.... very cold by evening so we let around 7 pm.

Everyone seemed to have fun! Unfortunately on the way back we suffered a flat tire, but thanks to the Austrian and French guy and NOT the police officer ;) we all made it back safely!

I am now taking suggestions for our next outing in November! Please e-mail Lauren2001@live.missouristate.edu with ideas.
